On making this booking, you confirm that you have read and accept the booking conditions and the game rules.

1. Booking Amendments & Cancellations

Because we offer different products, some terms may vary. If you’re unsure, please call us on 07 376 5326 and we’ll be happy to help.

Escape Rooms & Outdoor Challenge Games:
-Amendments (date, time, number of players) allowed up to 12 hours prior (subject to availability).
-Cancellations within 24 hours incur a fee:
-Single room: One-player deposit is retained.
-Multi-room: 50% of total booking charged.

Date-Specific Events (e.g. Cryptic Crawlers):
-Generally non-refundable.
-Amendments allowed with 48 hours’ notice.
-Events including catering are non-refundable and cannot be amended.

No-shows:
-No refunds provided.

December Holiday Period:
-Multi-room bookings: Non-refundable and cannot be amended within 96 hours.
-Christmas event tickets: Non-refundable and cannot be amended within 30 days.

2. Payments

Escape Room bookings:
-Deposit required to secure the booking.
-Deposit becomes non-refundable within 24 hours of the booking.
-Balance is due before the game starts.

Scavenger Hunt bookings:
-Deposit required.
-If cancelled due to bad weather, booking can be transferred.
-If no suitable date is found, deposit will be refunded.
-Date-specific events
-Must be paid in full at time of booking.

3. Force Majeure (Events Outside Our Control)

We are not responsible if you cannot attend due to events such as:
-Natural disaster
-Pandemic
-Power outage
-Room faults/breakages
-Extreme weather

In these cases:
-An alternative date will be offered.
-A credit will be held.
-No cancellation fee will apply.

4. Arrival Information

-Please ensure your entire team arrives on time.
-Briefing is included within your booking time
-Late arrival may reduce your game time if there are back-to-back bookings.

5. Language

-Games are in English.
-A reasonable understanding of English is needed for most puzzles.

6. Data & Privacy

-We do not store credit card details. All payments are processed securely via our merchant provider.
-We take steps to protect any personal contact information.
-We may email promotions or updates—you can opt out at any time.

-No cameras or video equipment allowed in the rooms.
-Players must not share clues, answers or solutions to protect the experience for others.
-All logos, artwork, designs and puzzles remain the property of Confinement Escape Rooms and cannot be copied without written permission.
