On making this booking you confirm that you have read and accept the booking conditions and the game rules.
BOOKING AMENDMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
• As we have a range of different products and offerings, it is important that you check any specific terms and
conditions that may relate to the game/event you are purchasing. If you need assistance or advice, please
call our office on 07 376 5326 and our staff can clarify these for you.
• As a guide, Escape Room and Outdoor Challenge bookings can be amended up to 12 hours prior to the start
of the game – subject to availability. Amendments include date and time changes and number of attendees.
Cancellations made inside of 24 hours will incur a cancellation charge. For single room bookings there is a
one-person cancellation charge, which would have been paid at the time of booking as a deposit. For multi
room bookings the charge is 50% of the total booking.
• Most date specific “Events” such as Cryptic Crawlers are
non-refundable, but can be amended with 48 hours notice. Any events that include catering are nonrefundable
and cannot be amended.
• No refunds are provided for no shows.
• During December – all escape room multi-room bookings are non-refundable and cannot be amended within
96 hours and all Christmas events tickets for events as above are non-refundable and cannot be amended
within 30 days prior to the booking.
PAYMENTS
• For Escape Room bookings a deposit payment is required to secure a booking. This deposit becomes
non-refundable if cancellation is made within 24 hours of bookings
• For Scavenger Hunt bookings a deposit payment is required to secure the booking. If the booking is
cancelled due to unfavourable weather conditions the booking can be transferred to another date. The
deposit will be refunded if no suitable time is found.
• The outstanding balance is payable prior to the start of the game.
• All Specific Date Event tickets are to be paid in full such as Cryptic Crawlers at the time of booking.
FORCE MAJEURE
• The company is not responsible if you cannot play the game due to an event outside of our control. These
events include but not exclusive to: Natural disaster, Pandemic, Power outage, Faults or breakages in the
room or extreme weather conditions.
• In these events an alternative date will be offered and a credit will be held for a re-booking time. No
cancellation charge would be applied.
ARRIVAL
• For bookings that have a specific time slot we ask all teams to ensure the full team arrive on time and are
ready, staff will brief teams before taking them into the room. This is included in your booking time. Arriving
late may see the time in the game reduced if there are back on back bookings or other players waiting
(events)
LANGUAGE OF THE GAME
• The language of Confinement games is English. You will require a reasonable level of English to play the
games adequately. Although some puzzles are not language specific, most puzzles require some level of
English.
CONSUMER DATA PRIVACY POLICY
• Confinement does not store any credit card information. All payments are processed via the
“Merchant”.
• Confinement will take all appropriate steps to protect any contact details that might be collected during
the booking process.
• Confinement may contact you from time to time with promotions. You can opt out of receiving such
communication at any time.

COPYRIGHT AND CONFIDENTIALITY
• No cameras or video equipment is permitted in the rooms.
• All players agree not to divulge information in regards to clues, answers or anything that may spoil the
game for other participants.
• All logos, designs, artwork, specific clues all remain the property of Confinement Escape Rooms and
cannot be copied or reproduced unless authorised in writing.
